Dear Bonis Community,
We have noticed it’s quite hot in the hallways as the temperature outside is hot. We are really sorry, but there is not much we can do at the moment. If you recall from the information session by the previous Board, they installed 2 brand new MUA’s around early 2024. After Lori and Ally were elected, they subsequently found documentation showing that the MUAs they purchased do not have air conditioning among other issues. Moving forward we will consider how to solve this, however it’s a very large expenditure to get them replaced.

親愛的 Bonis 社區居民：
最近天氣炎熱，我們也留意到走廊溫度偏高。
我們真的很抱歉，但目前可以立即處理的方案有限。如果大家還記得，上一屆董事會曾在資訊會中提到，他們大約在 2024 年初安裝了兩台全新的 MUA（補風機／新風機）。
在 Lori 和 Ally 當選後，她們其後找到相關文件，顯示當時購買的 MUA 並沒有冷氣功能，並且還有其他問題。
往後，我們會研究如何解決這個情況。不過，要更換這些設備將會是一項非常龐大的開支。
